M-IO Builders Sdn Bhd was established in 1989. A registered Class “A” Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and Grade G7 with the Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia (CIDB). M-IO Builders Sdn Bhd provides a total engineering solution for the construction industry covering general and commercial buildings, industrial plants, power plants and elevated highways. With the state-of-the-art fabrication facilities and in-house design team, we are able to provide a comprehensive and efficient engineering solution to projects undertaken by us. (references)

The fabrication facilities are located on a 5.5 acres site in Bukit Kemuning Industrial Estate, Bukit Kemuning, Shah Alam. The covered factory area is approximately 5,600-sq. metre.

The machineries are state-of-the art, fully automated and interconnected via a networking system to integrate with the design and production offices. This interconnection allows data and information from orders received to design and production processes being transmitted directly to the machineries for immediate fabrication. It translates to a high degree of accuracy satisfying customer needs.

The production capability of the plant is 20,000 metric tonne per annum. The facility also includes machine for shot blasting works which is connected/on-line to ensure that the surface preparation of the fabricated steel is ready either for painting or galvanizing.

M-IO Builders Sdn Bhd is involved in all aspects of structural steelworks from conceptual design, design, shop/manufacturing drawings, manufacturing and fabricating, surface preparation and painting and erection works. M-IO Builders Sdn Bhd track record covers some of Malaysia prestigious projects like KLIA in Sepang, Securities Commission Corporate Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia’s first Integrated Steel Mills, Chemical Plant in Kuantan and the Berjaya Times Square.

In addition to the above, the Company also provides design consultation for the client, drawing from the expertise of the available pool professional personnel. The design department lead by an experienced Chief Design Engineer is responsible for all design works, shop drawings, preparation and detailing works.
